Gloria Onyashi Abaja is the Founder and Creative Director of G’s La Clothier, a Nigerian unisex fashion brand focused on creating well-crafted, distinctive and timeless clothing for modern individuals.
With nearly a decade of experience in fashion design and garment construction, she brings together creativity, technical expertise and a strong eye for detail to create clothing that is both visually compelling and thoughtfully made. Her work is driven by a genuine understanding of clothing, from fabric selection and garment construction to fit, finishing and overall presentation.
Her approach to design is centred on individuality. At G’s La Clothier, every garment is created with the wearer in mind, taking into consideration personal style, comfort, lifestyle and occasion. The aim is simple: to create clothing that feels authentic to the person wearing it while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
Committed to continuous growth, she consistently develops her skills and stays informed about evolving techniques, technology and trends within the fashion industry. This allows her to bring fresh ideas and contemporary perspectives to her work while maintaining the distinctive character and quality that define the brand.
Over the years, she has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, styles and body types, both in Nigeria and internationally. This experience has strengthened her ability to understand individual needs, translate ideas into finished garments and deliver a seamless experience from consultation to completion.
As Creative Director, she oversees the creative vision of G’s La Clothier, guiding the brand’s design direction and ensuring that each collection and garment reflects its core values of quality, individuality, functionality and timeless style.
